Minimum order before freight is $40.00

There is a $40.00 minimum not including shipping charges and tax. Shipping charges are extra. Ohio residents add 6^3/4% sales tax. Products that are drop shipped from the manufacturer to a customer in the manufacturers home state will incur the local sales tax charge. VISA, Master Card, Discover accepted. Personal checks OK, please allow 2 weeks to clear. Sorry! No C.O.D.

When placing an order over the phone or by mail with a credit card we will need the following information:

* Your name
* Phone number you can be reached at during the day and evening
* Credit card used
* Name of credit card holder (name as it appears on the face of the card
* Cardholder address (where the monthly card bill is sent to)
* Credit card number
* Credit card expiration date
* The last 3 digits of the 7 digit number by the signature block
* Shipping address

If the ship to and bill to address are different we need the customer service phone number on the charge card as well as the phone number the charge card company has on file for you

Fish & Coral Ordering Information:
Boxes and outer packs are $6.50 and up, icepacks $1.00, heat packs $1.00 each. Items with a * are not guaranteed. We can ship via FedEx next day air or airport to airport. Live arrival is guaranteed on direct flights only (Check with your local airport. We ship from Cleveland Hopkins CLE). Minimum order for airport to airport $200.00 We can ship dry goods with your livestock.

All of our livestock is quarantined and all fish are eating!!!

Shipping is via most economical carrier, usually UPS. Actual shipping charges are charged. We will calculate shipping for you on your order.
You must get a return authorization before returning anything. Dry good returns within 1 week of purchase will be accepted for credit on future orders less shipping costs. Under certain circumstances dry good returns may be credited to the card less shipping charges and less a 20 percent restocking fee. The items must be unused and in original undamaged packing containers. (If the item came in a manufacturers box you must return it packed inside another box so the original box does not get damaged or written on). Your are responsible for getting the item back to us. We send out dry goods via insured carriers (UPS, Fedex or if we send via mail we use US priority mail with return receipt and insured). We suggest you do the same. If your chosen carrier loses or damages the package we can not be responsible for it and you must settle with them. So please never send an item back via a non insured non trackable carrier! Livestock items are non-returnable.
